        Proposal to develop an area located in the south-eastern resort part of the city, 100-150 meters from the Black Sea. The Solnishko railway station is located to the west of this property and the eastern side approaches the border of the village of Prebrezhnoye. The southern side is bounded by the Simferopol-Evpatoria highway, where the sea coast begins.

There is no engineering infrastructure on this property.

This land covers 6.3 hectares. The approximate cost of this land is 151.4 Hriven per square meter for a total of 9,727,200 Hriven. However, due to this land’s construction restrictions, the lack of engineering networks, the proximity of the railway line and highway, the selling price has been adjusted to 6,300,000 Hriven.

This area is offered for the construction of a campsite under Zone 1 protection restrictions (for sea regions).
