        Proposal to develop an area located in the south-eastern resort part of the city, 100-150 meters from the Black Sea. The northern part of this piece is bounded by the Simferopol-Evpatoria rail line. The eastern part of the property borders the Solnichko railway station. To the west is vacant land, and the Simferopol-Evpatoria highway passes along this property’s southern side, where the seacoast begins.

There is no engineering infrastructure on this territory.

This land covers 6.0 hectares. The approximate cost of the land is 151.4 Hriven per square meter for a total of 9,084,000 Hriven. However, due to the construction restrictions on this land, the lack of engineering networks, and the proximity of the railway line and highway, this price has been adjusted to 6,000,000 Hriven.

This area is offered for the construction of a campsite under Zone 1 protection restrictions (for land near the sea).
